General deposit notes:

You must use your own credit card in order to deposit funds; you may not use a spouse's or friend's credit card. In order to prevent fraud, reserves the right to require ID verification prior to accepting large credit card deposits from new players. Your credit card will be billed immediately after successful purchase. We recommend the cardholder print out all transaction data, the rules of the game, the cancellation regulations and the payment methods in order to avoid misconceptions and discussions at a later time and keep them at an easily accessible place.

Withdrawals

To withdraw money from your account, click the “Cashier” button once you have logged into the software. You will then be given the following withdrawal choices. Learn more about each choice by clicking on it:

General withdrawal notes:

1. All withdrawal requests are placed into a 48 hour “suspense” account during which time players may cancel their withdrawal request by using the “Reverse Withdrawal” feature in the Cashier.
2. Withdrawals are processed once per week, generally on Saturdays or Sundays.
3. After we have processed your withdrawal request, you will receive an email from us confirming the method in which the withdrawal was processed.
4. The minimum withdrawal amount is US$15.
5. The maximum withdrawal limit for winnings is set at US$5,000 per 30-day period. This maximum withdrawal limit is only for winnings, and does not include amounts that have been deposited into your account. For example, if you have deposited a total of US$2,500 into your account, you may withdraw US$7,500 (withdrawal of the initial US$2,500 deposit + the US$5,000 maximum withdrawal limit on winnings) in one 30-day period. These limits can be waived once we are comfortable with a customer.
6. To protect your account from fraudulent withdrawals, we require, for check refunds above US$1,000, a copy of: your passport/ID card (i.e. photo identification), your credit card billing statement, and a photocopy of the front and back of your credit card. If we require this information, we will contact you via email explaining where to fax this information. Scanned copies of this information are also acceptable, and can be emailed in .jpg format to . Please note that this ID verification applies not only to single withdrawals above US$1,000, but also for cumulative requests that exceed US$1,000.
7. You are able to specify which withdrawal method you prefer, but regardless of the method you specify, if we are able to credit funds back to any credit cards you may have registered, we will do that to the extent permitted by our credit card processing companies. Additional amounts beyond that will be refunded according to your preferred withdrawal method.
8. Please note that we are no longer able to make payments by Western Union. We apologize for any inconvinience this may cause.

Check/Bank Draft: We can send you funds via check/bank draft. Checks/bank drafts are sent via regular mail, and can take from 1 to 3 weeks to arrive. The checks/bank drafts will be made payable to the name registered in your user profile.

Reverse Withdrawal

You may cancel a withdrawal request if it has not yet been processed by using the “Reverse Withdrawal” feature in the Cashier. A reversal will return the funds to your account instantly. There is no service fee for reversals. A reversed withdrawal will be indicated as a "Cashout Reversed" in your account transaction history.
